1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on most unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition they were received.

  3. Shipping: Please ship the item to the provided address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the product was damaged or incorrect.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping fees, after verifying the issue.

4. Refunds and Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order.

6. Important Notes

  • Promotional Items: If you received a free gift with your purchase, it must also be returned to qualify for a full refund.
